Glenn Cook is a photographer and magazine writer based in Alexandria, Va. His stories and photography have been featured in consumer, trade, non-profit, association, and government publications for more than two decades. His fine art photography has been exhibited in galleries and at events in the Greater Washington, D.C. area and is on display in two large Northern Virginia offices.

Today, Glenn's  photography includes fine art, dance and live concerts, concerts and events, and portraits/headshots. He continues to work as a contributing writer/editor and photographer for national nonprofits and trade associations.

Glenn has a bachelor of arts degree in journalism from the University of Houston and has won more than 60 national awards for writing, photography and graphic design. He also has been a journalist in residence at the University of South Carolina (summer 2019), artist-in-residence for the Fairfax County Arts Council (spring 2018) and won Best in Show for the Workhouse Arts Center’s “Collector’s Showcase” (spring 2016).
